Wow...that many reviews and so many overwhelmingly positive. I had to watch this. But I did not know that the whole movie is about some low-level jokes about some rich guys on a yacht. Cookbook plot with steady bashing of the rich, some anti-capitalistic critics, topped with some left-wing schemes.
If the exercise was to make a political correct movie about the some rich extravaganca, alright, done, now, please go on. I am not sure why every critic is forced to write the same positive review, but I guess this is the times, where every one has to write those reviews. How could one not be serious about labor exploitation (if any in this movie...)?
It is a merely critical satire about rich people. Mocking over this is mainstream. Don't care about if it is funny or deep or any thing, which makers a movie watchable and interesting. And Woody Harrelson, come one. If he is in, then it must be good. But no, it is not, is is just some cheap trick with cheap laughs and a cheap story line.
