I've been keeping up to date with how season 3 is going and considering some of what season 3 produced, this is one of the better episodes. Certainly top 5. Dominique steals the episode, and Daniella does a really good job considering she was thrown in last minute. Plus, the gala party itself, and the way it was shot was beautiful.

A good introduction

Considering that another character has been recast, the show goes about it well. Plot threads are continued from the previous season finale (although then dropped rather quickly), new series regulars shake up the mix with new storyline's promising us a juicy season of backstabbing, but will then fail to deliver. One of the best of the season, as drama is centre stage, in stead of singing or comedy.

Why every season there is a different Latina actress playing the same role in the same show? I once watched a video, different Latina actresses saying "We don't look alike. We have names." Then why the hell Netflix is doing this to us??

I really liked this episode. I loved Daniella as Cristal and her character kept getting better and better, unfortunately this can not be said about other characters that really deflated with every single episode. Dominique was fantastic in this episode, a true villainess and not the cartoon version that we see later in season 3. There was some impressive camera work in this episodes and I loved the ending. There is a noticeable change in tone this season. It is much more comical and really lacking in depth and drama. I don't know why they changed the tone so much as previous seasons had a good mix of drama and comedy. The premier however is very enjoyable to watch, I only wish this quality had continued for the rest of the season, but something really went wrong.

Not sure why the actresses in the role of Crystal keep changing.. the 2nd one was this plausible.. but this, no.. she is not half as charming or beautiful like the first 2 ones.. Also the character has changed completely from S01.. but maybe that's the goal?

So bad this actress change!

And Adam looks like a super power ghost. A tv show that started well and is now going somewhere not so good.
