Allison's roommate disappears at night. Her friend Billy comes by saying he would like to be her roommate. She first refuses but then being desperate gets him. He helps her out when she goes out with Hal from her work and who wants to sleep with her. And Jake is pursued by Kelly from Beverly Hills.
A great start to the show that I am very excited to watch. We get introduced to all the characters and I will be happy to watch stories about all of them. We saw the most about Allison and Billy in this episode and I liked them both. I loved both the scene of her talking about the rules in their house as well as when he saves her from Hal by saying he is her husband.
It was actually fun to see people from Beverly Hills 90210 which I have watched not too long ago. But I must say they give me a bit of a different feeling than when I was watching their show. They seem less interesting here. And Kelly does seem like a silly rich high school girl running after Jake.
