Sex & Nudity

Corley sings a suggestive-sounding song as he fumbles with his fly coming out of a bathroom stall (one of the lyrics is "When she blows my gasket").

It is implied that one of the characters was fathered out of wedlock.

Violence & Gore

Ben drives his bike over Corley's limo, shattering the figurehead, but without damaging the car.

Bolus knocks out Ben with a 2 x 4.

Ben often resorts to physical means to accomplish tasks, usually this involves threatening people, kicking down doors, etc.

Biker fight sequences involve the use of weapons (fists, chainsaws, a spiked skull on-a-chain, etc.), but other than seeing Ben/the opponents lose their balance on the bikes, no one (other than a Cavefish who self-destructs his bike in a fiery explosion in one scene) gets killed.

Ben's bike gets immolated after the front wheel falls off mid-wheelie when the forks hit the road and sparks fly. We see from a distance the ensuing fireball as it flies out of frame.

We see Ben semi-conscious lying on the ground with numerous cuts and bruises all over his body.

Ben plays 5-finger fillet with a knife in a bar, if the player misses, he can get bloody cuts on his hand.

Cavefish chase a trucker down a road, he releases his cargo, which crashes into one of them. Another Cavefish launches a bomb onto the truck which explodes while crossing over a bridge, destroying both the truck and the bridge.

Bolus and Nestor crash their car while chasing Ben, but are unharmed.

One puzzle involves Ben sending toy bunnies into a minefield, which obviously explode upon detection

The Vultures capture Ben and torture him by quartering (They tie his limbs to the back of bikes, which pull him with after revving the engine).

A demolition derby takes place, where two cars crash in a fiery explosion, lighting Ben aflame (in an asbestos suit) who sets the stadium on fire by running up against the walls (people are subsequently seen fleeing the stadium as it continues to burn.

Two men are killed when their car catches fire and explodes.

A semi with machine-guns opens fire on two characters and rams into them, the driver tries to shoot at them with a pistol several times and eventually they are forced into the fuselage of a jet taxiing down the road.

The truck opens fire on the characters until the plane comes to a halt at the destroyed bridge over a gorge. The truck lurches forward and is forced out of the jet.

A man falls to his death when he hangs for dear life from the truck's license plate and it rips off.

A character escapes death by riding out of the jet on his bike as the truck and the jet collapse in a fiery explosion off of the gorge.

Profanity

Some mild language, words like "Damn," "Hell," and "Lame-ass"

Ben is seen with a lit cigar in his mouth in the opening credits, he later tosses it towards the player's view at the end of the sequence.

The Polecats are seen drinking beer and shots at a bar.

Several minor characters are seen smoking cigars or cigarettes.

One puzzle involves Ben in a junkyard at night trying to outwit "Little Todd," a violently rabid dog with red eyes who may scare younger players.

The final photograph of the murder depicts the perpetrator with a psychotic look on his face.

The end depicts a main characters' funeral
