Bond does have sex several times, but you do not see anything graphic. We see Bond covered up by some bed sheets. We see his bare chest.The female lead is in a two-piece bathing suit for a portion of the film (see movie cover).Bond and Honey are captured by the bad guys and forced to strip naked and go through a decontamination chamber. No nudity is shown by Bond but Honey is seen walking nude from the de-con chamber. Her stark naked body is covered by a shadow. Her breasts are also visible as she walks open armed toward a Japanese woman in hazmat suit. The hazmat woman wraps her in a dressing gown.

Most of the important characters smoke: Bond (Sean Connery), Leiter (Jack Lord) and Quarrel (John Kitzmiller) smoke cigarettes, M (Bernard Lee) as usual his pipe, Dent (Anthony Dawson) a cigar. In addition, Dr. No (Joseph Wiseman) does on a strange looking pipe, so it could be even something else than tobacco, but no proof, there.
