Mindless but with issues

Warning: Spoilers
Sometimes you just point and click and take what comes your way whether it be a pleasant surprise or a disappointment. This film had some cool surprises along the way. The quarrel I have with the flick is the lack of reality and miscellaneous scenes with no connection. She has a car that's fast as lightning and in the police car chase, they are going about 40 mph and the Ford LTD is hot on her bumper. Second, there is no way the crimes that were committed, as many as there were, could be done in such a timeframe and without any trace of blood. Third, there was no way anyone could have been in the trunk now was there any opportunity to put them in there and no way anyone could have gotten them out - not in the time allowed. It was like the director just threw in some shock value scenes to make you go "oooh!" And where did the one police come from and where did it go?

With a bit more reality, the thrill factor could have gone up a few points but as presented, the thrill factor turned into some hilarity. I will say the Hitchhiker completely perfected the "scowl" look and the waitress should have won some award for her "scream."
