A bored married couple named John Smith (Brad Pitt) and Jane Smith (Angelina Jolie) is shocked to learn that they are both assassins hired by competing agencies to eliminated each other. In the process, they learn more from each other as their affections for each other grow.
This is a cleverly devised script in a plot filled with humor (albeit, a little corny at times) and believable acting (for the most part). I don't recall too much moments that bored me to tears, and was entertained by the drama, the chemistry between John and Jane, the suspense and tension between the two competing agencies, and the overall action.
