Loin du périph (2022)
Unfunny, overly long scenes. Really bad film.
This would have been enjoyable for small children if not for explicit content. Now it's not enjoyable for anyone. This is painfully bad and it almost physically hurt me to watch this movie until the end.
The Wheel of Time: The Dragon Reborn (2021)
Deviation from the books didn't bother me here
It just looks ridiculous, that whole first scene... And the CGI in this episode looks horrible.
Some of the acting is terrible (main cast is good though). That "to the dragon!" part got me laughing out loud at how bad it looked, I just hope things will improve, but if the acting wasn't so bad sometimes, combined with laughable fighting and CGI I would've liked this episode.
Suits (2011)
Get out after season 2 or 3.
The show started out great, but went downhill fast.
Almost everything that made the show great is gone by season 4.
In the Dark (2019)
Ok, this show doesn't deserve a 10, but it sure as hell deserves a solid 7,5.
There are some minor things that bother me, but this show is great, it's a joy to watch the characters develop.
Murphy got that Jessica Jones vibe down and her acting is great.
The Upside (2017)
Watch the original with subtitles, it's much better, there's no reason to watch this American bs version whatsoever.
I don't speak French, just read the subtitles, the acting is better... Wait, let's make it simpler, everything about the French version is better. This is a ridiculous cash grab and you shouldn't fall for it.
Deadly Class: Saudade (2019)
Great episode
Great trippy episode, the ending was a bit of a downer though.
This show is really awesome and I just accidentally stumbled upon it.
Deadly Class (2018)
Funny, serious enough and enjoyable to watch.
I´ve only seen 4 episodes, but I think the series is really well done.
They´ve even incorporated comic book background stories.
To quote Sebastien Castell from an entirely unrelated bookreview that fits perfectly here:
´´Young adult fiction tends to explicitly imagine the world as filled with all the unfairness that one senses as a teenager. That's an important function for any literature: to make literal and concrete that which we often know is wrong but can't quite put our finger on it - to give proof to those impressions that make being a teenager such a difficult time for many of us.´´
