No Time to Die (2021)
A great homage to all 007
I've been watching James Bond all my life - first, when I was 12 years old. He has been somewhat of a dream machine for me. I saw the film as a child, as a teenager, as a young married man, as a father, and now as a 70 something.
Time goes by, Fleming is gone, Connery is gone, Louis Armstrong is gone, it's in evitable. This thrilling movie climaxes in such a way that no Bond film ever has, or ever could. I know it says James Bond will return, that's taken for granted. Remember, this is fiction. All good things come to an end.
This was a thrilling movie, with homage to the past. It is 2022 in the year of our Lord, and the dream Child of Ian Fleming's Secret Agent hero has been around for a lifetime. I expect to see more thrilling Bond, James Bond as long as I'm still here.
CHiPs (1977)
CHiPs? Ha!
CHiPs? After growing up in the Dragnet era, and loving old detective and police shows, I found CHiPs to be one of those Hollywood good looks popularity shows. It just makes a.joke of the genre. Gives The Love Boat a good run for the money ...
Two thumbs down!
Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star (2011)
My son made me watch it! 😳
This is the worst, most vulgar movie I've ever seen. Wishing I could get the two hours of my life back that I wasted viewing it. There's no redeeming quality in an of the foul language and sickening ideas this sick film brings. There aren't enough thumbs down available in the world for this atrocity ... SICK!
