Horrific - yet necessary
1 June 2003
I could barely watch this film, not because it was bad, or I thought it was boring, but because it was so awful what they did to that poor girl.

Sometimes when I watch a film, I say to myself 'That's horrible - but it's just a film' but this was true.

Hilary Swank does a good job as Brandon. She deserved that Oscar.

Lessons can be learned from this film, to treat other people with respect and not run scared becuase people are different. People need to be aware that this stuff really does happen.

I recommend this, but just beware what you're letting yourself in for.

Suprisingly Good

If you go in to the cinema not expecting much, you'll be pleasantly surprised. It's obvious this wasn't gonna be an Oscar winner but its very uplifting stuff - just fun. The girls are sopistacted and Rosario Dawson, Tara Reid and Rachael Leigh Cook are great. The story is quite clever and the sings are great. Not a must see, but worth watching.

I just saw this film and I loved it. It's really great for kids and adults, all my family loved it. Daniel Radcliffe's acting really was amazing and he's only a kid and he carries the whole film. Emma Watson was classy and Kenneth Branagh was great with the kids. :) 10 out of 10, must see!
