The Big Sleep (1946)
10/10
Top Noir
28 October 2003
This is the best Noir film of them all. This is my favorite Bogart film. You see him at his best. This is a film that all Film Buffs should add to there collection. You see Bogie at his best and with Bacall too. I never get tired of watching this film.

great film

This is one of my favorite Bogart films. If you are a Bogey fan then you must add this to your collection. The story line is above average. All of the actors do justice to their roles. Take the time to watch this film it is worth it.

above average film
7 March 2003
this is a film that I have added to my library. If you are a Hepburn fan like I am then this is one that you want to add to your collection. Even if you are just a classic movie buff I still think this is a film that you would want to add to your collection. With three great actors in it; Katherine Hepburn, Robert Taylor, and Robert Mitchum. Taylor does an above average job in his role.

Warren William is Perry Mason
1 November 2002
This is the movie that got me interested in the character Perry Mason and I began watching the old television series because of this film. It's a shame that Warren William didn't make more of these films because he was great in this. I like the little comic bits in the movie. I think it's a classic. I have it in my collection. Warren William was a very good character actor and it's a shame we don't see more of his films shown on tv.

Douglas at his best
23 October 1999
Paul Douglas is great as the wronged husband who loves his wife (Stanwyck) no matter what she does. Robert Ryan is good as the other man. This is one film I would like to add to my collection. Marilyn Monroe even has a small part in this film. As always Barbara Stanwyck is perfect. Need I say more..

the classic Bette
12 April 1999
Once again Bette Davis turns in a wonderful performance as a strong willed woman who will do anything to get what she wants even if it means getting rid of her husband. This film holds your attention from beginning to end. Nobody does it like Bette.

The Rat Pack
15 February 1999
Very well done biography of some great entertainers. Ray Liotta was perfect at portraying Frank Sinatra. I think the Rat Pack themselves would approve. If you like bios this one is tops.
