Scammers are everywhere!

Spider is surprised to see Frank and Lu out and about, but it seems a lot of people have been seeing the pair, and handing cash over, trouble is the Detectives have some devious doppelgangers.

Utterly far fetched, over the top and insanely unbelievable, but I loved it, and thought it was terrific fun, one of the best episodes so far, perhaps because the pair end up on the wrong side of the law.

The chase scenes were incredibly funny. I liked that there was a big of depth to the story, who exactly was out to get the pair and why?

I've recently been rewatching Bread for the first time in years, it was great to see Victor McGuire.

Excellent fun 8/10

The morality of private investigations

Warning: Spoilers
I love the Shakespeare and Hathaway doppelgangers in this episode, where there are many twists and turns that kept me guessing until the end. One underlying theme is the impact of private investigations on a person's life, career, wellbeing. It's food for thought.

The Offered Fallacy

Frank and Luella have been scamming people including a pensioner for £30,000. Sebastian has been getting angry phone calls at the office and the agency has had not many enquiries.

The police arrest them both for fraud and angry locals are after them

Sebastian and others see two people who just look like them wandering about in Stratford.

Frank and Luella need to find out why they are doing this to them?

A fun episode which is nicely constructed. Victor McGuire makes a guest appearance as one of the doppelgangers but you would have thought CCTV would had caught them out.

Terrible episode

Love the show, this episode however is ridiculous. This episode is just painful! Luckily all the episodes are not as absurd as this one, it would make the show impossible to watch. I can only assume that all the writers were on vacation when this episode was written.

The writers get an F for this episode

Evil twin episodes are the nadir of tv shows. This one is no exception. Best to skip it entirely. This one is worse than the TNG episode where Kirk is split in half by the transporter.
