This one starts with the old 'what if this show was done like a sitcom joke?' But it still feels fresh. And it is smart enough not to labour it, either. The point is that it's things seen through crumble's eyes as she tries to keep it together, and thus the style does change as it goes along.
Plotlines for other characters do progress as well. This is an episode that is more adept at doing that than you might at first think, because by the end you will suddenly realise how much certain things have advanced.
A new setting is introduced. A new character or two as well. It manages as ever to juggle fun visuals and flashbacks.
And it scores big time because the ending has an incredible emotional kick to it. For all characters involved. This one is a very good viewing experience, and well worth ten stars.
