I don't understand why people have made some stupid reviews but we the people in India loved it as it refers to the attacks we had in Mumbai and also it's the first time on Seal Team we could see the human side of The otherwise robots like Cast

Heavy-handed with the melodrama for Seal Team

Warning: Spoilers
There are reviewers who are military and can certainly cite inconsistencies with procedure and tactics. But for we civilians, look at it from the standpoint of entertainment and credibility within the plot structure and story lines. With this said, I found the episode quite touching if not a bit heavy handed as well. They didn't have to spend the entire show on "death of a spouse," when they could just as well written another story line that would have saved all of us the soap opera. Aside from the beginning foreshadowing that was repeated in the last 4 minutes of the episode, the team came up empty-handed, and with little engagement, other than one bogey causality. As for keeping us hanging, they succeeded. But the episode was hardly worth the wait for a cliff-hanger that could have been accompanied by more action. I did think that David Boreanaz put in a great performance, notwithstanding.
One of the most gut-wrenching episodes of any show

Warning: Spoilers
I just watched this as I am binge watching trying to get up to speed with the series. This was not only one of the most gut-wrenching episodes I have seen on this series, but ANY series. Some reviewers are because they spent so much time on her death and the family's dealing with it, and apparently because they only killed one person, but I thought it was amazing. The irony is not lost that, as Jason says, that they have been to so many dangerous places and had to fight their way through so many times, only to see his wife killed getting groceries. Being a father, I loved/cried through the scenes dealing with his kids and the family trying to get through this tragedy, the death of the one person who was keeping the family intact, regardless of the divorce.
