*****SPOILERS FOR WHOLE SERIES!!*****
The scene with Josh and Liza is enough to make this episode a 10 whether or not you like the rest of it. It's heartbreaking and satisfying. There's no world in which Josh and Liza do not belong with each other even if they don't end up together on screen. As much as Liza has lied, she had only truly been herself with Josh and he called her out on her BS.
I could play that scene over and over. It's one of those things that when you see, you're grateful for it not being dragged out more. They could have showed Liza giving the letter and it be episodes upon episodes until they touch on it again, but instead, they push us to face it in the same episode. It's perfect and it needed to be done.
