Not bad. Quite enjoyable.

This is a entertaining star wars fan film and one of the good ones, the special effects were better than the prequel trilogys effects. The story is one that I'd like to see in a star wars movie, my only problem was the ending, I didn't like the duplication of the master. If they had 20 then it would be okay but I found it a little tedious. Other than that, good lightsaber fights.

Short and concise. Emphasizing the core of Star Wars. The balance and power of the force.

That moment... when a 10 minute fan made film feels more Star Wars and has better fight choreography than a multi million dollar "canon" Star Wars movie made by Disney...

I loved this. It's very simple and beautiful in execution. A film about a female jedi WHO's being tested by what appears to be a Grey Jedi, but in a more dark sense this time. Making her use her anger, her passions, applying the Sith code to win her freedom, alongside what she already knows as a Jedi. Only by achieving the balance between both, can she overcome this trial and defeat her Master, whom seems not to be her official master, but more an ambitious powerful figure thats aims to create an apprentice in a different way than is usually accomplished. She must see his truth by accepting it through hardship. Its a small, but well done mind game mixed with force, power, violence and eventual death.

Something the movie hints at with its very 1st paragraph of text. : "Training is complete only with the death of the master or the apprentice" Sorkuz Syn.

I hesitate calling him a Grey Jedi because the dark side seems to reside within this movie quite a lot. But he is not a sith. He's not using a red lightsaber, nor is he mocking the ways of the Jedi, but quite the contrary argues a balance must be found between both.

Nevertheless, I enjoyed the concept a lot. The dialog was very immersive, good use of music, lovely choreography in the duel and overall a nice edition to Star Wars fan films.

Something I wish Disney would learn from but they probably wont.

Beautiful and simplestic. Aiming at telling a moment in the Star Wars universe concerning the very core of what Star Wars is about. Overcoming challenges, going through transitions, between the light and dark, using the Force within oneself and all around to shape one's Destiny.

(Not to be confused what the Skywalker Saga is about, being Family troubles"

8 out of 10. A damn good fanfilm. Reason not to go higher = Would've liked to have seen a bit more background info from both Master and Apprentice because they are both very interesting. Regardless, the film does what it intends to do with flying colors and its an enjoyable time for any fan to witness.

Learn from this and so many other good ones, Disney. The fans get what Star Wars is about and what it can be ... why can't you?

Crossing fingers for the future. But alike the modding community in gaming. Sometimes we gotta do everything ourselves.
