This does not stop him with a brainwave to come up with an efficiency saving device that could save the hospital money. It is a tracking device that he calls 'Baby Brother.'
This upsets both Frankie who fears for her job and Tillman who realises that this tracking device is an infringement on civil liberties and smacks of Big Brother.
