The penultimate episode. Deacon is in Mecca doing the Hajj and his plan to release the biological virus is getting closer.
A chance encounter leads to Deacon to meet a man who set him tom this course. A former schoolteacher who held Deacon and others hostage in the middle east and tortured them.
Although given several million people perform the hajj each year, it really is a chance encounter.
Meanwhile Bob Partridge confronts Reuel Abbott, it allows Bob to make a move to save his nephew Joe.
The episode replicates a twist that took place in the movie version. Where the assassin switches side.
Although Joubert's assistance here is awkwardly done. She does not kill Joe but she does kill all his friends.
Heading to the finale, this should had been pumping. Instead it is still treading water. It is lukewarm.
The green screen for the Mecca part was good.
