This was actually a pretty solid season finale despite the completely predictable and unnecessary romp between Maggie and Clare's mother. I think the lower score is a result of people being upset by the tease of a Liza and Josh reconciliation, but this is a TV show, you're supposed to be taken on a journey.
We'll see how long the marriage lasts, but I hope Clare sticks around for a bit.
