The gals of the 10th volume of this popular series of compilations from the Brazzers website are practiced at the art of role-playing, and indulge here entertainingly in "rough sex lite" for the fans. Coming from a film buff background I prefer characterizations and a credible narrative, but in these unenlightened Dark Ages of Gonzo this is better than usual for porn.
The opening vignette offers an in-joke I appreciated: Asa Akira and the non- actress (she's strictly a sex practitioner) Diamond Kitty compete in a TV cooking competition show that makes Ramsay & Elliot seem like quality programming by comparison. They are judged as cupcake chefs, a spoof for fetish fans of the utterly strange (and 100% unknown to the general public) mania for cupcakes whereby sniffing them or eating them is equivalent to sex for lesbians of a certain persuasion. That gimmick stands next to the elevation of watching cigarette smoking (by a woman) to a "fetish", thereby removing all meaning from the notion of fetish.
The show is rigged so a cat fight erupts leading to anal sex via a handy dildo. Presley Carter has an uncredited non-sex cameo as one of the show's 3 judges.
Battle of the tattoos has Bonnie Rotten and Skin Diamond as dueling dominatrices, in a rather stupid segment about Bonnie passing the baton of her S&M practice to Skin. It's as phony an exercise as a 3 dollar bill, with or without a Woman on the front of the bogus currency.
Brazzers' DVD packaging hyperbole is way off the mark in touting a Brett Rossi/Sophia Knight match up mentioning their "big tits". No dear Brazzers staff, the label once identified with the biggest breasts in porn has in recent years gotten with changing audience tastes and introduced more natural and let's face it, jail- bait age inappropriate casting, so these two would never have even been granted an audition back in 2005. Knight is a British fave of mine, but wasting her time with this gonzo.
Similarly, the label misspells former Wicked superstar Kirsten Price's name as Kristen, a rookie mistake and proof that times get tough for a contract star once her contract's up. Price manhandles Maddy O'Reilly in an effective bonus scene.
