• Reporter : [On TV]  News of the cover-up sent shockwaves through City Hall, forcing Council members into enacting a rarely-used impeachment clause. Mayor Oliver Queen's administration might be over.

  Felicity Smoak : [Felicity mutes the TV]  That woman never reports the news.

  Oliver Queen : [Oliver walks in]  It'll work out. I'm just waiting for my opening

  Felicity Smoak : There's that optimism again.

  Oliver Queen : Chase is re presenting me, so I'm gonna beat this.

  [Deep breath] 

  Oliver Queen : How are we doing with the data pull from Prometheus' mother's house?

  Felicity Smoak : The sniffer pulled about a petabyte worth of data. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack, but I am working on it.

  Oliver Queen : Good. There's something else that I could use your help with.

  Felicity Smoak : Okay.

  Oliver Queen : Susan Williams.

  Felicity Smoak : Oh.

  Oliver Queen : She's not returning my calls.

  Felicity Smoak : Am I really the best person to come to or love-life advice?

  Oliver Queen : Well, she's not returning my calls since you and Thea got her fired.

  Felicity Smoak : Well, in my defense, I didn't know that was gonna be Thea's play.

  Oliver Queen : I know, but I still need your help because Thea is not budging.

  Felicity Smoak : Look, I know how severely problematic what I'm about to say is, but Susan is your girlfriend, so if anyone is going to fix it, I think it has to be you.

  Oliver Queen : I'm trying, but like I said, she's not returning my calls, and you may have noticed, I'm sort of facing impeachment this week.

  Felicity Smoak : Okay... Yeah, I'll do my best.

  Oliver Queen : Thank you very much.

  Felicity Smoak : [Oliver starts to walk off. Felicity gently grabs his arm and he spins back to face her]  Um, for what it's worth, and everything I know about politics I got from Keepin' It 1600, but I do think you're gonna beat this thing.

  Oliver Queen : What makes you so sure?

  Felicity Smoak : To Star City, Mayor Oliver Queen is a hero.

• Oliver Queen : If the Council is not gonna let me testify at the hearing, then I need to take my case directly to the public.

  Adrian Chase : A press conference? Mind filling me in on who you're throwing under the bus?

  Oliver Queen : The Green Arrow.

• Thea Queen : Don't look at me like that--this isn't blackmail, it's politics.

  Oliver Queen : This isn't hardball--this is cruel.

  Thea Queen : What would be cruel is the people of this city not having you as the Mayor. The Anti-Crime Unit, low-income housing, commonsense gun legislation... Ollie, in the short amount of time you've been doing this, you've done a remarkable job. Please, just let me do what I have to do to help you keep doing that.

  Oliver Queen : Felicity told me about this Kullens thing because of something that John said to her. Thea, when you fight fire with fire, you are probably gonna get burned.

  Thea Queen : I won't... It'll be fine.

  Oliver Queen : Like it was with Susan? You destroyed her career, now you've graduated to blackmail. Where does it stop?

• Thea Queen : Okay, well I have a very political idea...

  Oliver Queen : I'm listening.

  Thea Queen : Like Adrian said, the Council needs somebody thrown to the wolves, and I think it should be Malone.

  Oliver Queen : Thea!

  Thea Queen : What? Half the SCPD is corrupt, so it's not hard to believe. And he is no longer with us, so he wouldn't really mind. That way, the cover-up is no longer about the Green Arrow--it becomes about protecting Malone's reputation for the sake of his family.

  Oliver Queen : Now you're gonna destroy his reputation? No.

  Thea Queen : But Ollie...

  Oliver Queen : Thea, it's not even a question.

  Thea Queen : Okay.

  Oliver Queen : [Turning to Quentin]  How do we think the Counci's gonna vote?

  Quentin Lance : It's a pretty even split with Kullens as the swing vote.
