With Tim Allen in the lead as motor mouth Mike Baxter this show has a central performer who can more than paper over the cracks when perhaps the plot of an episode is not the strongest.
This is the case here, with Allen having to be on top form. The story line however doesn't stand up to much, and doesn't allow many of the supporting cast to get in on the act either.
'Last Man Standing' is still a good show though, and this still has enough good lines to warrant the 5/10 I've given it.
