- GoofsThe "Sabre-toothed Tigers" appear to be Smilodon, but are anatomically more similar to Machairodus. In addition, Machairodus was extinct by the time this film takes place, and Smilodon never lived in Korea or Siberia. Perhaps these cats are meant to represent homotherium, a descendant of Machairodus and contemporary cousin of Smilodon which lived worldwide during the Ice Age and had shorter teeth (but were famous for Mammoth killing, whereas Smilodon wasn't).

Please don't watch.
This documentary is a clear rip off pretty much being an extended worse version of Mammoth Journey from Walking with Prehistoric Beasts. The effects aren't the best especially since the thing its trying to copy had amazing effects for the time and are still ten times better than this documentary's effects eventhough it predates this documentary by 9 years. The length is it worse quality, it felt like 10 years had been taken off my life. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because there are accurate depictions of the Mammoths advertised, but even then it's only because Mammoth Journey did it 9 years earlier.
