Bitter-sweet truth: timing is everything

Short. Pure. Realistic.

Shift is a delicate portrayal of the many facets a relationship between coworkers can go through: sharing secrets, boding over heartbreaks, and facing challenges.

Estela and Trevor's work and friendship dynamics are so pure and intimate that I felt like I was reading someone's diary.

It's a simple film packed with human emotions. Brilliant!

Realistic but Cut Too Short

Warning: Spoilers
The actors and actresses were excellent in their roles. The cinematography of Manila was creative and youthful. However, I felt that they could have ended the film without leaving so many questions unanswered, eg. (spoiler) what happened after Estella somewhat confessed? Did she actually move into a new condo? What happened to the other dude Kevin?
