This episode felt very true to the original UK series, which is definitely a high compliment. It had a clear and concise premise, and a sweet ending with Jay giving the ghosts their own section of the restaurant to own all the time.
It wasn't overly funny, and the addition of Carol to the cast is a huge mistake that I hope will be course corrected, but who knows at this point.
This episode gave me hope that the show will improve and get better, but who knows at this point? The majority of the ghosts and their shenanigans remain unlikable at this point and it feels like that may never change three episodes in.
