Trigger warning. (Contains spoilers.)

Warning: Spoilers
This show contains a suicide. After the suicide, Dylan McDermott's character immediately makes a wry remark; he is immediately dismissive of that character and that character's understandable pain. I wish shows that depicted suicide, especially on screen with a completed action, would require a warning of some sort. Those of us touched by suicide would then no not to watch. They should also have suicide prevention resources at the ends of the episodes. If you are suicidal, you can get help by calling 988. Please stay.

If I'm going to get 76 more words, I reckon I would like them to be about the amazing cat tree at the beginning of the episode. I'd like one just like it.

Open the pod bay doors HAL

Warning: Spoilers
Everyone has opinions about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and many tv shows and movies have been made. I must admit that as someone who has been watching both science fiction and police programs I enjoyed watching the episodes I also recognised a similarity between this ChatBot and the older version known as HAL from the movie 2001: a space odyssey especially when the App took over the home and would not respond to instructions.

Perhaps we will be a little more considerate of SIRI or Alexa next time we ask for assistance.

Note; when HAL was developed the name was one letter before IBM ..............

Listless Writing
So far with this season's FBI shows, all three have been underwhelming thus far. Maybe the best to this point has been the International version. FBI, the figurehead, has been the weakest, unfortunately.

The second episodes of each are the best so far. In my opinion, the writing staffs sure seem to be struggling; either that or completely burned out. Likely a potent combination of both.

My issue with Most Wanted is how head-scratching it is to have a supposed computer expert, Hana, who's been _utterly ineffectual_ in that role in two of the first three episodes this season, when her supposed skills were needed. She was a non-factor in both instances.

Yet again another sci-fi episode

When an AI is capable of winning a game of Blood Bowl such episodes might become plausible. To those unfamiliar a game of chess has a million permutations or 10 to the 6th power per move, Blood bowl has 10 to 32nd power permutations. We're a long way from this being real in any way.

All the way through this was "jump the shark" daft in its developments. I only watched this for the development of the backstories as soon as I saw where they were taking the plot. If the writers dont get changed and come up with some fresh ideas then this is going to get as stupid as FBI international soon. I can only assume the actors are staying for the steady paycheck at this point.

So many technical errors
kessleas3 March 2024
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was enjoyable as far as the actors and action, but really terrible with the writers understanding of cyber tech. Really, you would think a show like this would have some technical consultants that could advise them on those really glaring mistakes.

Spoilers

Mainframe- Yes Mainframes still exist, but I am not sure AI cutting edge is hosted on Mainframes.

All the high tech cloud today and the bad guy has to physically hook a Laptop into the system to upload his code? This after repeatedly remotely controlling the systems?

Turning off the power stops the upload? Really? Have they not considered battery backup UPS or generators in datacenters? (All have them).

I sure there is more, but those stood out to me, without even trying.

I am sure that there are many more, but it was enough to kill my suspension of disbelief.
