The ending got me upset
plasssaskia14 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Let me just say that the actress that pays Linda is beautiful and her acting wasn't that bad. I slept late trying to finish the movie and see how it ended. I honestly expected Gigi to kill more way in the beginning. Even though what they did to her was wicked it irritated me that she was able to murder so many people and get away with. Also if she was so worried about the murder being caught on tape why leave it on the computer. Secondly Linda knew her employees body was found there why not look at the back up tape herself that was ridiculous. The movie was also predictable when Linda pretended to love gigi I thought " if that was true why she didn't look for her all those years". Then no one found it crazy that one year later gigi found out that she was gigi daughter enough to get the company. I shouldn't have expected much from a tubi movie.

Genuinely disappointing

Warning: Spoilers
The movie kicks right off with a meaningless intro sequence, out of touch takes on gaming (touchscreen controls and cutscene = bad grrr). Followed up by a horrendously green screened scene of a hallway interview? Our not so lovely protagonist manages to sneak her way into a job with absolutely zero reasoning. Which then leads her to be sexually assaulted which many people have no problem, including her own mother and boss?? A point which is later tossed out for no reason. We are also supposed to believe she has a random mental illness which is never spoken of. She then begins her murder spree, starting with a former coworker who finds all of her personal information through a single "swifty seek" search. Most would say a reasonable response. We are then led to believe that for the remainder of the movie this incompetent company cannot fix a single product in their office. Except for the secret security footage of the murder, that was never checked and immediately handed off. She then sleeps with her step dad? For blackmail purposes of course. Yet another plot point that was never even brought up again for some reason. Did we really need to see this woman get sexually assaulted and sleep with her step dad, for absolutely no reason? All this wrapped up by a comical double murder, that she has every bit of evidence to pin on her step father somehow. I mean she killed her own half-brother with a pillar? How did she push down what is supposed to be a concrete pillar? After a stupid cut to a year later, she has somehow acquired her dead and estranged mother's company. And finally the movie ends with her best friend, the only person with evidence of her crimes, is then made out with after confronting her and being called family? This movie leaves more questions than answers, and the biggest question is. Who is this movie for? It doesn't bring anything new or interesting to the table. Unless its created to glorify sexual assaulters, i don't see any gaining anything more then disappointment from this movie.
