Drama stood upto the expectations but still felt a little dragged
yogeshkrishnalevelup1 October 2023
Rating : 8 star (GOOD) Genre : Pakistani, Family, Societal, Drama,

The cast and the story plot of this drama felt promising. And this drama delivered the expectations from the trailers and teasers also to a very good extent. But, the drama felt a bit dragged and at the end for some episodes (Which is completely acceptable for Pakistani Dramas). Both Neelam Muneer and Imran Abbas had a great performance in this drama. Also, other characters also fit very well in this drama be it Shani's brother. Shanzay's dad or Nadia's husband.

Suggestions: It would be better if they could have wrapped up the drama in 35 episodes. (But, still not a major issue)

"Ehraam-E-Junoon': The Marathon Drama - Where Editing Took a Coffee Break and Hype Ran a Marathon!
deepakosharma14 December 2023
Ehraam-E-Junoon, oh dear, where do I begin? It's like they hired a scriptwriter with a fondness for lengthy monologues and unnecessary plot twists. Editing? Apparently, they missed the memo on that one - scenes dragged on longer than my grandma's storytelling. They could've wrapped it up in 10 episodes, but no, let's go for a marathon of 40+ episodes. I needed a snack break during some scenes.

And the hype? Overrated doesn't quite cover it. I've seen more suspense in a game of bingo. As a fan of Pakistani dramas, this was a letdown. The script was as chaotic as my attempts at assembling IKEA furniture. Here's hoping their next drama comes with a script doctor and an editor on speed dial.
