"Blondes vs. Brunettes" is another in Celebrity's "Let's Party" series of softcore sex videos taped in Houston at Rick's Cabaret, and a great improvement on the previous entry, "Topless Dancing Texas Style".
Simple but effective format has a pair of femmes, one blonde, one brunette, walk the club runway wearing themed costumes (stewardesses, cops, nurses, etc.) and gradually get topless. A total of ten sets of contestants make up the full tape, several of them squatting down for ringside customers, who get a kiss and ritualistically (and very politely) slip dollar bills into the women's panties. So much for the myth of big spenders in the Lone Star State.
Despite the handicap of this simplistic format and burden of a repetitive music track, tape works, especially when viewed in small doses rather than at one sitting. The reason simply is that Celebrity and Rick's have corralled very pretty and sexy dancers. Like an animated centerfold from men's magazines, this is voyeurism pure and simple, with no contest required.
Penthouse models Andi Bruce and Melissa Leigh host the program and join in by popular demand at the end, Leigh boasting probably the best figure on view. The contest implied in the title never eventuates, but in merely every matchup here the brunette is the more statuesque woman.
