John L. Spencer directs this episode of Pointless with Alex Brooker as the guest assistant. Interestingly, Alex shares the surname as Charlie Brooker, the creator of Black Mirror, and who is married to Konnie Huq, who has also been a guest assistant on Pointless. Anyway, I'm enjoying the slate of guest assistants, who have done a sterling job stepping in for Richard Osman. I'd love to see the following as guest assistants: Danny Dyer, Dani Dyer, Burt Reynolds, Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Gosling, any of the Spice Girls, Felicity Kendal, Pam Ferris, Stewart Wright, Sigourney Weaver, James Cameron, Bradley Walsh.
