Important, tragic and relevant

This recent feature, by the ever incredible director, showcases yet more social dilemmas in his typical style, and is indeed one of the better films of the year.

I saw this in kind of a double feature with the Oscar nominated film The Captain, and I must say they compliment each other a lot - showcasing the hardships and poverty in these situations.

The actors all do an incredible job, many of them relatively new names, and it is indeed very career defining, very nuanced, and very real. Overall very beautiful, raw, sometimes funny, and highly emotional. Great script, incredible pacing.

The cinematography, cutting and editing is excellent, very much in tune with the director's flair, and very beautifully put together in every sense of the word.

Definitely an incredible film, that I would highly recommend for any lover of film!
