If this show is going to have a lengthy run on TV (who even knows what that means anymore given the cancellation spree) it does need to have quality recurring characters and some people who show up and then leave along the way.
But Freddie is not it, or to act like the annoying kids on Twitter, Freddie is not HIM. Not a lot of laughs from the character and he does not seem to fit in at all, either chemistry wise or ironically a mismatch, with this batch of ghosts or humans. This is a plot device that should have been left on the writers' room floor and hopefully does not plague Ghosts on CBS for much longer.
