A powerful turning point episode.

Nineteenth century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche once said: "He who fights monsters should look to it that he does not become a monster."

Well, tonight, Robyn McCall found out that, when it comes to dispensing extra-legal justice, she's not the only game in town. But, the difference between her and this rival vigilante is that he uses lethal force as a first resort!

Not that he doesn't have somewhat just cause. In this case, his daughter and only child overdosed on fentanyl-laced ecstasy. And he has been killing his way up the organized crime pyramid that's been smuggling the drug into the country and peddling it on the streets.

I won't spoil the rest of it for you, except to say that the subplot involving Delilah being trained in martial arts, by Harry's wife, has been found out by Aunt Vee. And this raises the question: will she now practice what she has been preaching to Robyn concerning their agreement about much better disclosure when it comes to Rob's avocation?

Warning: Spoilers
The whole premise of this show is of a person who circumvents the law to dispense justice-vigilante justice. At what point can the producers of this show arbitrarily decide that the actions of their characters have crossed a line? This show and many others seem to think that we should become kinder and gentler to those people who are poisoning our kids and ruining lives, when this is the one thing that should be acted on. You (the producers) already have a vigilante character dispensing a watered-down form of justice that never would have happened with the original movie character. Having the main character talk another vigilante out of exacting the justice he felt was fair to avenge his daughter's death was the last straw for me and this show. Every person the military character killed deserved their fate. Having him talked out of finishing his final act of vengeance was unrealistic, anticlimactic and exemplifies everything wrong with our justice system. If the police, DEA, and prosecutors would actually do their jobs, these very real-life drug problems would be reduced in our country. I can only hope that someone who lost a child to this drug scourge would have the courage to do something like this father character who gives his life in this show to try to prevent somebody else's child from ODing. To the producers of this show, I'm disappointed and I won't be watching any more episodes.
