While there is some good comedy here, its insulting to any properly run company for such a hiring to happen even by accident...i liked the theme about problems that undocumented people face to get work that is better than being a common laborer...i also liked the approach that honest women have difficulty in getting promoted when they are qualified but disregarded for one kind of bias or another...its a decent film but not a runaway must see

Undocumented Executive is such an awesome movie! It takes real-world problems and intertwines comedy to make it light-hearted. Tony Guerrero, who plays Jaqi, steals the show. He shows up for interview to be a painter, but is mistaken for someone who is applying for an executive position. As good as the main character was in the movie, the supporting cast was even better. The bosses who interview him are hilarious! They could have their own movie, especially if you add in the hapless secretary, Marlene.

Undocumented Executive addresses real issues and manages to do it in a comedic way. Definitely a must see!!!
