Family cracks appear, and Boyd continues to search for the identity of the killer, and learn exactly who, or what The Bagman is.
Waking The Dead often went to some pretty bleak places, I don't think the show ever had a darker story than this one, it's bleak, it's dark, but it is very tense, and utterly exciting.
We learn a lot about Sarah Cavendish, happy to sup from a bottle of Gin, she is clearly a troubled character, we will get to see a lot more from her I'm certain.
Loved Alice Krige here, absolutely loved Steve John Shepherd, he was terrific in it.
Very dark, an excellent episode, 9/10.
