Since no one else has written a review here is my take. The single significant actor rents a car for a month and heads to an empty resort hotel off season and takes a room for the month with room service to be delivered and left outside his door. Otherwise he leaves instructions not to be disturbed. On the way he passes a car that has just had an accident, in it are apparently him and a former lover. He watches it burst into flames and then drives on his way. In the hotel room he has a pen and sheaf of paper which he occasionally writes something in Arabic. Mostly he looks at his pen and his fingers. At the end ot this, fortunately short, film an otherworldly version of himself takes a walk in the woods and and comes upon himself taking his dieing breath holding a shotgun.
