Warning: Spoilers
I saw Helen's Story back in 2011 I think, so soon after it was released. Anyway, the emotion was wrought throughout, and this was before Peter Capaldi achieved fame as Doctor Who. The ending was a bit unrealistic, with Capaldi dressed as a clown, managing to get through court security to appear before the judge. I thought only the barristers wore costumes but apparently not I guess.

The best story of the series so far for me.

The take of how parents cope when their son is killed at work but there is a cover up and the company don't even give an apology for what has happened.

The under-rated Juliet Stevenson and Peter Capaldi are brilliant as the grieving parents and Peter Wight performs well as the company owner being controlled by his lawyer.

The only downside for me was the court scene near the end where Capaldi finds himself in contempt of court but otherwise a considered and credible script beautifully played.

I hope the series can keep up this high standard.
