I love the fact that it is a story that is not told often. The cast worked together well, along with a lot of great cinematic shots gave the film a gritty LA feel. With an ending to not forget, this was a very unassuming story, which I loved. There were some very funny moments and nuances that also caught my eye. The photography was really good. The writing was unassuming, but yet still grabbed you. You get the feeling something isn't right throughout the film, but it doesn't throw you off or keep your attention from the story being told. I loved the cigarette scene with the bum, that was a very LA moment that I think all Angeleno's can attest to. And will also get a laugh out of it. Overall it is a good entertaining short, with a very important message. I would suggest this short film to all my friends.
