We get an initial flashback of what the couple's day-to-day was like. From these scenes, we can infer what their issues might have been. A guy who's not the best at expressing and an insecure girl. Not the best combo. I can't help but wonder how they managed to last over 5 years without fixing such a basic issue of communication.
It's clear that Jiwoong has also been secretly admiring Yeonsu and I like how they were pretty subtle into introducing his motives regarding the new documentary. I can't exactly predict what he wants to get out of it but it's clearly not gonna be good for the couple's potential reunion. I think the performance was on spot too.
NJ is such a yikes character. I hate her thoroughly not only because how she is just crazy but also just a very cliche character. Just like New Jersey. Boring and bland.
I wasn't a huge fan of the entire drunken memory scenes. It is a pretty copout way of writing and also Kim Dami can't act drunk for the love of god. She felt like someone who's never been drunk in her life. But I do like how it was set up in a way that Ung is most likely going to accept the proposal in regards to his subtle jealousy against her co-worker, Doyul.
So far, the series is interesting. It manages to escape cliche barely enough that it keeps me watching.
