The only episode so far that I'd call poor.

A case of those terrible men again.

Nathan takes to the stand, he is questioned, and gives a very one sided view, painting Kate out as a deviant, sexual predator, painting himself as whiter than white. Vanessa continues in her dream of parenthood.

Was this perhaps the weakest episode so far? It did feel like the midpoint lull, sadly it was too preachy, too heavy handed on the messaging, and Claire's story just seemed to have been background noise, a real disappointment.

Now, I know this is a cheap point, but one I have to make, why has every single man been painted as a monster, don't even get me started on Nathan, but the men are....drug users, they're liars, they're covering up murders, are controlling wife beaters, and are taking bribes to sway the result...... whilst the women are victims, and trying to do good things, there should have been at least one positive male character, there isn't one. Poor writing.

I guarantee Claire will have been killed by a man.

Vanessa continues to be loathsome, she is detestable, you can imagine what the child would be like.

5/10.
