I enjoyed much more this story than the previous one. It have more interestivg thing to discuss and way lot more interesting ways to talk about some directed part. Pretty nice.

Oh Tony Zhou, how I've missed you. Since the YouTube days I've been obsessed with his essays and the way he fundamentally changed my perspective on cinema for the best. With his focus not only on storytelling but on the mechanics of filmmaking - especially the form behind any film.

While I still haven't seen Ms. Vengeance, the episode gripped me with some beautiful moments of the contextualization of the revenge film history. Generally speaking, this is a great observation and analysis on the fascination behind film violence.

Tony, I know you're reading this, since you're a movie geek and I'd bet you check IMDb for sure. This is great stuff.

Tony Zhou has always fascinated me for the way he understands and dissects cinema. This is just like watching one of his great YouTube videos. Here in Italy, where I live, Tony's job is really appreciated, and the most famous book we have about the great Satoshi Kon quotes one of his video essays about Kon's editing. Just to tell how good he is in understanding and explaining cinema. This episode makes no difference.
