"Pretty Ugly" did a good job of presenting a case from both sides and the kind of issue that would be very topical here. If someone is a rapist is a self-defense to attack them at a later time? And what can be entered into evidence vs. Not entered if someone is exonerated?
I am not sure this was 100% how it would play out in an actual court room, but this was an entertaining case and one that was enjoyable to watch as a viewer. This is the kind of thing we need more of from All Rise, but what this show has not been afraid to give us in its three seasons on the airwaves across both CBS and OWN.
