- A naked woman is present in the film's first scene. An interesting contraption called the sperm separator is used to drain men of their semen. A naked woman battles a man. Several women are topless in one scene. women drink "sperm wine." A woman talks about how her former lover would rape her several times.

- A victim of the sperm separator is castrated when all of his semen has been drained. Actually it was a lot more than castration since his entire johnson was ripped off. This film also contains several decapitations. In one scene, a man's arms are ripped off.
- The gore and violence in this film is outrageous, some will find it funny and others will find it stupid.
