When not stretched over 10 series and instead told in brief like this it's actually a reasonably engaging story and Daryl is a great character and actor, but this is petty much padding like so much of the show.
But having to sit through the actual series is something much worse, though again, Daryl is always the most compelling and watchable of them all.
Interesting to see how many bad haircut it took to get to Daryl's now famous mop.
