It takes place after a major terrorist attack, when police force have the right to search anywhere, any time, without any warrant; emergency state. This is a true and realistic drama, made in black and white and shot entirely in long take. For only ten minutes, that's not a performance, but still unusual. It is said here that drug operation can be made under the pretext of the emergency state, without a necessary terrorist threat. Just a pretext.
