WHO HATES A WEDDING?

SOME CEREBRAL CELEBRATION THIS TURNED OUT TO BE....

L. S. D. IS LESS OF A PHILOSOPHICAL MIND TRIP ON ETHICS AND MORALITY. TO THE CONTRARY, ALL OF YOUR INHIBITIONS AND FEARS BECOME IRRELEVANT IN THE HALLUCINOGENIC PAISLEY PARK. THE VICISSITUDES OF REALITY ARE NOT IN ANY OF THE CONTEMPLATIONS OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS WHILE EXPERIENCING A PSYCHEDELIC TRIP. YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH.

HENCE, THIS IS THE REASON THAT A TRANSCENDENTAL "TRIP" IS DESCRIBED AS A FANTASTIC VOYAGE: A VACATION FROM HEAVY ANALYSIS AND THOUGHT FOR THE MORE SERENE SUBLIME OF VIVIDNESS AND COLOR -REPLACING REAL CONSCIOUSNESS. SOMEHOW THE WRITERS FAILED TO CONVEY THE FANTASTIC. INSTEAD THIS EPISODE IS DEPICTED AS A GROUP NIGHTMARE. THE REALITY IS THAT THIS WAS MORE ABOUT THE SILLY ABERRATIONS THAT TRANSPIRE EVERY TIME SISSY THE OMEN COMES BACK TO THE SCRIPT.

TRIPPING IS A DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL JOURNEY AND EXPERIENCE FOR EACH PERSON ON THE DRUG. THE EFFECT OF THE UNINTENTIONAL GROUP DRUG EXPERIENCE AT THIS WEDDING IS USED INCORRECTLY AND ABSORBED WITHOUT ANY TRUE ENTERTAINMENT VALUE. THIS SEEMS MORE LIKE THE WRITERS WERE ON VACATION AND THE JANITORIAL STAFF WERE TASKED TO FILL IN WITH THIS FILL-IN SCENARIO. THIS WAS VERY POORLY CONVEYED AND SOME TRAVESTY OF A PLOT TO THIS EPISODE ENSUED.

Jumping the shark!

This series is still worth watching but this and the last couple of episodes have been strange to say the least. From being grounded in some kind of historically accurate depiction of how the drug situation was escalated by US government involvement to this?

They went from mad taxidermists with pet tigers to a wedding hijacked with strawberries and a chocolate fountain laced with LSD. I sincerely hope the remaining episodes and final season return to the tried and tested formula of drug dealing, betrayal and death as this current departure from the norm is a little distracting. Thankfully the acting is still on point but seriously, what were they smoking?

Amazing episode

How is this a filler episode?

Franklin (a good person at the start of the show) is facing hos conscious. He s fighting what he has always thought but suppressed.

He s remembering eveyone he hurts, he s realizing that his lame excuses like helping his community are BS. He s realizing that the problem isnt the white man, but him. What his impact was on his community.

He s also putting down his ego and talking for real with his family and friends.

This episode is the best one this whole season, the season was just a repetition of the previous one with Drake instead of Skully. This episode is fresh and original.

Only lame ass shallow shows are only action, repetitive action scenes are actually the filler part.

One of the most iconic episodes of the whole series

It's a wedding celebration and the food is spiked with LSD. Which provides the perfect setting for us to get a look into the psyche of the main characters.

This episode gives us a look into Franklin's current state of mind as well as clearer reasoning for the decisions he will go onto make, this is the culmination of the mental tension and paranoia that has been building up threw the season and Franklin's tipping point where he decides he wants out.

This episode also expands on Leon's views and his growing concerns for his community that has fallen into chaos, it allows Leon to look at the situation with a different perspective and decide what he wants to do with himself.

Cissy displays her maternal instincts and inner feelings about what her son has become and regrets over working with the KGB as she realises that the people she is working with will harm her family.

Overall this was the funniest episode of the season and possibly the whole show, if you're one of those people who really appreciate a close up look at characters and their internal gripes/motivations and aren't too worried about 'advancing the plot' then this is that along with some of the most fun interactions between characters that we've had yet.

I'll admit, this hasn't been the strongest season. But it's had great episodes and this was one of them. Damson Idris feels like a star in the making.

Filler episode

Terrible. One of those episodes they make just to fill a show up. You can literally skip this episode and not miss a thing about the season.

Fail! They could have done way better.

Worst episode

Really disappointed. Worst episode. The writers must love drugs and think we would laugh at stoned people. I did not laugh. The episode just sucked. I love Snowfall, but this episode was just wasting my time.

Boring

This season has not been as strong as the others I was wondering if the writers were running out of ideas and this episode pretty much confirms it for me. Totally boring I honestly fast forwarded through most of it. I'm hoping the rest of the season picks up but not counting on it. With any luck if there's a next season and the writing comes back to full strength.

Filler episode from hell

When writers make episodes like this it's only to fill time and extend a series. They have the ending already written and need to prolong it somehow. In the 45 minutes spent here, it could all be condensed into 4 minutes of dialogue.

No deep meanings or excuses for confessions when people are high, nobody wants to watch this type of drugged out talking for a full show. Unreal. I like this show, but this is just lazy writing.

I thought the final episode of season three was bad but season five episode eight says hold my beer.

Why would the guy spike the chocolate strawberries with acid? Why spend the whole episode on it? Who thought this was a good idea?

The season so far has been excellent and then we get this steaming pile of 💩

I wouldn't mind but the portrail of people on acid was so cliched and badly done it was laughable.

Horrible episode

Just some weird wedding where everyone is high. Stupid and does not progress story at all. Its slow, boring and is absolutly horrible compared to rest av the series, can basically skip and you wouldent even lose out on anything.

Snowfall - Celebration

This show has completely jumped the shark (tiger) this season. It was set up in the first 2 episodes as maybe the best season of the show and then when they brought in a tiger in the middle of LA I thought it was a joke.

Then I watched "Celebration". I honestly couldn't decide whether this was a genius episode or the worst of the show. The more I thought about this is the end of snowfall for me. This whole wedding thing was completely rushed and dumb and then you add on everyone's tripping on acid and I couldn't stop laughing AT IT, Not with it. This show bottomed out so hard and I won't be watching it again. RIP snowfall. You were great once.

It looks like this is only to fulfil time, earn money and spend time.

Snow fall seems to be falling down.

I've bees expecting this episode because something was going to happen. But everyone got stoned??

Acid

This show was once so damn good.

It's just getting weird now.this was a very unnecessary episode with nothing to move the story forward.

The only thin he it did do is explain how they came up with that whole Tiger in the barrio bit. ACID!
