It's fun.

It needs a British sense of humour. Or at least an open approach.

And it's style makes it well worth getting in to. If you liked W1A, then this will work for you.

Dull but not Dead

Cool opening shots establish London in a creative original way avoiding the usual trite clichés. This, the bicycle, telephone call and office interactions introduce key characters and relationships - all pre opening credits.

From this superb beginning it is all downhill, a melange of dreary conversations, an unhealthy obsession with Phoebe Waller-Bridge and a humourless blancmange of a plot.

The cliff-hanger ending shakes things up sufficiently to try for a phoenix episode 2.
