Incompetence stronger than competence?!

A completely different editing and utter flashback in this episode, helping with characters background, but breaking the tone already set. It could have been done at least 2 episodes ago.

The guy wants success so much that he's ready to bulldoze everything on his path.

What the hell happened with the editing?!

There are two transition montages in this episode that come out of left field and completely break the tone and pacing set by the first three episodes. It is so distracting that I thought a new show had started. So distracting that I'm here writing this during the episode.

I just want to know why???
