I'm only giving the review of the Tricycle Thief episode as I've seen and remembered that episode, unlike that doctor angelica rhino one.
As for Tricycle Thief, some think it is a dark or somewhat a mildly unlikeable episode. It starts with Susie having a new tricycle (with features including a basket, a bell etc) and Angelica takes and damages the reflector, only then Susie's tricycle is stolen (from the shed Susie's dad is painting) and Angelica is seemingly got it.
This episode does give the morale about not accusing anyone of something without solid proof. Not only did it come as no surprise they all doubted Angelica is telling the truth even the evidence slowly increasing against her from being caught red-handed (literally) to Chuckie heard Angelica made a comment of payback on Susie.
I do say even though Angelica is not perfect and unlikeable, Susie however is totally out of character in this episode. Also, as I might know a bit science or physics: there's no possible way for Cynthia to float in the air via balloon string and she'd anchor the balloon down, airplane or not.
