I'm posting this to provide some balance to earlier reviews because for me it was worth watching. Whilst it wasn't gripping, and as others have said, the chemistry between the leads was wanting, it did raise a thought-provoking moral issue which was handled in a realistic and sensitive manner, so supplying an ending which left me pondering how the lives of these characters might continue from here.

There aren't any standouts besides main character Danielle. Letitia has a knack for portraying sensitivity, with boldness and edge. As a real life role model, there are some great messages to soak up in this. Lots of positive feminist messages about women supporting each other, ESPECIALLY when a woman has been victimised. Danielle could have refused to believe her! The other message is about not settling for less even if that means remaining single a while longer. 🤔 It's a heartbreaking ending but one that shows an empowered young woman. So yeah.. every drama doesn't have to make your heart leap out of your chest or keep you at the edge of your seat. For me it was not as boring as people are making it out. So I would highly recommend. And not just if you're also a fan of Letitia!
Awfully intends for the sake of it

Letitia really did not pull this off. Reacting was supposed to be full of intensity but the performance was far from convincing It really did have no direction and not for one minute did you keep wondering what's going to happen next, more to the point you wondered when it was going to end. Painful because the idea has potential.
Forced Woke BS
